This new 3,690 square foot lake view residence, situated on a topographically challenging site near Meeks Bay, includes 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms. It has expansive glass areas for taking in views of Lake Tahoe to the east, including from the stairwell which connects the three levels of living spaces. Exterior materials consist of cedar horizontal and board and batt siding, native granite stonework and rusted steel accent panels. Roofing is a combination of composition shingles and weathered copper standing seam metal. Decks on two levels provide outdoor living areas from which to enjoy the surrounding forested area and views of Lake Tahoe.
